What is this?
Pretty simple idea...we want to create a space that encourages students to pursue projects that they are passionate about. Trying to showcase diverse projects both creative + technical ! 🗣
We brought together some of the coolest people in Waterloo to showcase what they've been working on. They are going to give a quick demo of their initiative/project and you'll get the chance to chat and ask questions afterwards. Free pizza + snacks + drinks included!
Examples of some projects being shared:
Hardware/Robotics - Robotic Setter for Volleyball
AI/ML/CV projects - Autonomous drone, AI Resume Builder
Podcasts - Inspobrew, Podcasts with with inspiring & ambitious guests!
Web/Mobile Apps - Influencer Marketing Automation, BeFit (BeReal for exercising)
Trading/Finance - Backtesting trading algorithms on 500M+ rows of data quickly
Video Games - Minecraft on the browser, Anomia on Mobile
Museum Exhibit - Knowledge Integration Capstone Project!

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Break up and social! + end
