Join this opening event for our event series LoiterFEST: exploring the art of unsanctioned moments in unexpected places. In this event we'll be reprising the walking tour that kickstarted Liminal Assembly back in 2023, beginning at the Reference Library, through unrecognizable Cumberland Terrace and beyond.
